So glad I found this site and all your posts! I had my gallbladder removed at age 21 and am now 36. I have always struggled with my weight but I don’t completely relate that to my surgery. After all this time, and having been on MANY different diets – some great, some not so great but all helped me lose weight if I followed them, I decided to research and build a diet plan for myself that also takes into consideration my lack of a gallbladder. So far, not much on the internet as far as a complete diet plan for me so i wondered if anyone on here has already done this research and set up a plan that i can review.
