Absolutely identical experience. All started 6 months ago, had my gallbladder removed, then symptoms returned. Stomach pain moving to the back, nausea, occasional chills. Now told I have to have a test on the SOD. Not happy about this as I’ve read these tests can result in pancreatitis. I am a man but apparently this disease is more common in women but overall, medics are not sure of the cause of this complaint
