Sound similar to my issue. Had GB surgery 8 months ago. Have the same pain in right side . Like yours mine isn’t sharp pain but a feeling like something is being twisted or pulled then I get awful bloating until it takes my breath away. All this occurs only when standing and/or walking. Pain sometime go into lower back when it’s the worst. The longer I’m on my feet the worse it gets. When I sit down or lay it subsides. Had Catscan, ultrasound and tons of blood work and doctors don’t have a clue. I keep telling them its scar tissue but they won’t do anything because they can’t see it on the test. Im at wits end.
