I think the extra bile just dumps into your stomach. I had my GB removed when I was 26, eighteen years ago, and I still have problems. I know where every bathroom is in town! It doesn’t matter what I eat or don’t eat, I have diarrhea daily, complete with cramps. The last few years I’ve begun waking in the night, usually closer to morning, vomiting. I’ve wondered if this might be bile reflux? Unfortunately, I’ve just learned to live with this, as disgusting as it is! 😥
